Our firm is committed to ethical, client-focused legal practice. In line with our commitment, we offer new services on a fixed lump basis and in smaller settlements will discount our legal costs to ensure clients retain at least half of their total lump sum settlement “clear in their pocket” after payment of all legal fees.

Note: In N.S.W, all fees are paid by the insurer or the Independent Review Officer (I.R.O.).

What happens: We charge our fixed fees.
